About Walkalong

The mission of Walkalong Consulting, LLC is to provide and develop evidence-based leadership for effective and meaningful change in congregations, faith-based agencies and regional associations in mainline Protestant denominations.   Our practice is to “strive side by side” with clients to achieve the results they desire by applying Organizational Intelligence (OI) gained from evidence-based assessment tools to decision making. The assessment tools we use are those available only through Holy Cow! Consulting, our strategic partner.   Our vision is to transform decision making in congregations, agencies, and regional associations by equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to collect, interpret, and apply Organizational Intelligence (OI) to planning and evaluation.   Our priorities are to expand the use of evidence-based approaches to pastoral succession planning and to support the efforts of congregations, agencies and regional associations identify and implement effective and meaningful change.
